nutera.eu is operated by Kanami d.o.o., Mencingerjeva 7, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (VAT: SI83492909). Nutera is the commercial brand of Kanami d.o.o. By accessing or purchasing from nutera.eu, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer

Nutera sells premium mushroom extract supplements. Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information on this website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

All products are manufactured in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and comply with applicable EU food supplement regulations (Directive 2002/46/EC).

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

By placing an order on nutera.eu, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.

Prices displayed on the website are in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as processed through Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

5. Subscriptions

Nutera offers recurring subscription plans for selected products. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected (e.g., monthly). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account profile under Account → Subscriptions, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made after that point. There is no minimum commitment period.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected] before the 30-day period expires. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on the return process.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, once the seal has been broken after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on nutera.eu — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of Kanami d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kanami d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of nutera.eu or our products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

For out-of-court dispute resolution, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered customers by email.
