Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Across Europe on Orders Above €70

We ship to all EU member states and selected European countries. Orders over €70 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below €70 are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During peak periods (e.g., promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended — we will communicate any delays proactively.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. All prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Account → My Orders.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For shipments to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK, Norway), import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate with the carrier. We will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed lost shipments.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can amend the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
