Reishi spore oil: a separate research context
In a 12-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 110 adults with borderline-high triglycerides used 3 g daily of a specific Reishi spore oil. Compared with placebo, triglycerides decreased by 22.18% versus 1.98%; LDL-C and total cholesterol were lower, while HDL-C was higher. The studied oil, extraction declaration and dose were not the same as Nutera CO2 Reishi Spore Oil. The result is research context for spore oil, not clinical proof for this product.
